Luxury Villa Matija is situated close to Trogir. It consists of ground and first floor. The ground floor has two bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Each room has a toilet of which 2 toilets with shower and one without shower. All rooms have access to a large terrace which is equipped with garden furniture overlooking sea and the swimming pool. The ground floor and first floor are connected by external stairs. On the first floor there are two units. In the first part there are two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen.

In front of this part of the house is a terrace with outdoor seating. In front of the villa features a private swimming pool and the sea is at a distance of 5 m (first row to the sea) . This villa has a private sun deck with lounge chairs and secured parking available in front of the Villa. Guests have access to a boat mooring / on request and by appointment.
