Description

This tour will take you to the most beautiful European Park, protected by UNESCO since 1979. As a World Natural Heritage. National Park Plitvice has 16 lakes connected by the line of amazing travertine waterfalls. The surface of National Park is 29685 ha, and lakes covers up to 200 ha, while forest covers the rest of the Park. One of the main attractions is the 78 meters high waterfall called Veliki Slap, the highest waterfall in Croatia. Beside guided walk on plank paths, you will enjoy on a boat ride across the biggest lake called Kozjak and a short train ride. Your impression will be complete during drive through the Lika region, it’s mountains and beautiful forest landscapes.

  • 07:00 – Departure from the agreed meeting point
    07:00 – 11:30 – Driving through the countryside
    11:30 – 15:30 – Sightseeing of Plitvice lakes with a licensed guide
    16:00 – 17:00 – Free time for lunch in a local cuisine restaurant
    20:00 – Return to Split
